We have now served over 100,000 pizzas over 6 years from our beautiful vintage trailer and wood-fired oven.

We bring a pizza our passion, high-quality ingredients, and experienced pizzaiolos to every event we cater, and pride ourselves on ensuring every single event is completely bespoke and focused. This custom approach has seen us contributing to hundreds of weddings, festivals, birthday parties, team building events, street food fairs, and even the VIP area of Glastonbury!

OUR PIZZA
Our pizzas are created using the highest-quality Italian ingredients, and cooked in our 500°C wood-fired oven in less than 90 seconds, so your guests can experience an authentic taste of Italy without having to book the flights.
No long queues here, just people coming back for seconds!
Rolling Dough is 100% nut-free, with our menu catering for vegan, veggie, carnivore, gluten-free and any other allergens, so no-one will miss out on a delicious pizza experience. We will always work with you on your bespoke pizza menu to ensure all your dietary requirements and tastes are met.
